Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from needs analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing instructional design expertise, while working remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning solutions that apply adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivering learning solutions in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual collaboration technologies
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
