Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis to evaluation, collaborate with stakeholders, and design effective learning solutions, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and strategies
• Design and implement various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
