Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design evidence-based solutions, and manage multiple projects, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and implement various learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
