Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the part-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design evidence-based solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Conduct needs analysis and design various learning experiences that apply adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
