Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To drive talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective solutions, and manage multiple projects, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions on talent development and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, learning management systems, and authoring tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functions
