Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in talent development, the Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through implementation and evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise in a full-time, remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, creating project plans and communicating status updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
