Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business area leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise to develop solutions that enhance workforce capabilities, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led and self-paced experiences, based on adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
