Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in enhancing workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis to implementation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on talent development
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
