Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective solutions, and manage multiple projects, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions
