Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design evidence-based solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions
• Design, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating across functions
