Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from discovery to evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills, and may work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
