Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from discovery through evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design and implement effective learning solutions, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and resources that align with organizational goals
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Skilled in using virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
