Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to create effective talent development solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
