Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective talent development solutions, and may work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and implement a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivering learning solutions in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
