Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders and drive workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
