Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To drive talent development and improve business outcomes, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid or fully remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
- Design and implement evidence-informed learning solutions, including instructor-led and self-paced experiences
- Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs
- 5+ years' experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
