Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise and building relationships with stakeholders, while working either remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Design, develop, and implement a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
