Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and implement various learning experiences aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years' experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
