Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To drive talent development and improve organizational performance, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing evidence-based strategies, with the option to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and consult on development strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning solutions, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities across teams and documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
