Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support a major strategic initiative, the contract Learning Consultant will manage stakeholder relationships, develop instructional designs, and oversee project execution remotely, focusing on adapting US training for the Mexico team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify training gaps and assess stakeholder learning journeys
• Formulate comprehensive learning strategies and provide expert perspectives on non-tech and professional leadership skills training
• Drive project execution by tailoring US assurance processes for cross-border alignment with the Mexico team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Big 4, consulting firm, or large corporate/global environment
• Prior instructional design experience, particularly in assurance, audit, or related fields
• Cross-cultural experience working with international or geographically dispersed teams
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
• Self-starter with an outgoing, resourceful, and adaptable nature in fast-paced corporate settings
