Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support a large consulting company, the freelance Learning Consultant will lead the design of an adaptive assessment strategy, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders remotely while managing on-site sessions as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate working sessions with senior Learning & Development leaders and line-of-business professionals
• Translate findings into the assessment strategy, personalized learning pathways, and implementation roadmap
• Own the Solution Blueprint and co-author build specifications with the Psychometrician and client's build team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in instructional design or learning strategy, with experience in discovery and design thinking
• Strong instructional and learning experience design skills
• Proven facilitation skills and executive presence
• Experience designing performance-based assessments using scenarios and simulations
• Excellent writing skills for producing actionable blueprints and specifications
