Learning Content Manager

Job Summary

To support SAGECare's mission, the full-time Learning Content Manager will develop and update curriculum, toolkits, and online courses focused on culturally competent, trauma-informed education for providers working with LGBTQ+ older adults, while working remotely with occasional travel for programs and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update SAGECare curriculum, learner materials, and other learning assets
• Design engaging learning experiences for various formats, including online and hybrid
• Manage learning content in SAGECare's learning management systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Required qualifications

• At least four years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in writing, editing, and organizing educational content
• Experience using course-building and e-learning authoring software, such as Camtasia or Articulate 360
• Ability to apply an equity framework in curriculum and learning design
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
