Learning Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team of Learning Experience Design professionals, the full-time Manager of Learning Design Innovation & Technology will oversee the design and development of learning experiences for revenue-generating teams, ensuring high-quality instructional projects are delivered on time in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in instructional design
• Guide the design and development of various learning assets, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex instructional design projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design within complex global organizations
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing learning experience designers or curriculum managers
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with LXD technology, including authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact through data analysis
