Learning Design Manager

Job Summary

To strengthen leadership and professional capabilities, the full-time remote Learning Design and Enablement Manager will design applied learning experiences that translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning solutions, focusing on behavior change and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs using real business scenarios
• Partner with functional enablement leads and subject matter experts to integrate learning into existing programs
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for various leadership levels, facilitating sessions as needed

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related learning and development role
• Experience designing scenario-based learning focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer
• Ability to create reusable frameworks and learning experiences that can scale across teams
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as ADDIE or Design Thinking
• Experience building workplace AI capability and using emerging learning technologies
