Learning Developer

Job Summary

To support a major healthcare company, the temporary Learning Developer will design, produce, and maintain interactive digital learning content and blended solutions for product launches, working remotely or onsite in Indianapolis, IN, during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update digital learning assets, e-learning modules, and media for various learning environments
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, a scientific/technical field, business, or a related course of study
• 4+ years of professional experience in training development, instructional design, or digital content creation
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and audio/video editing software
• Experience working within a regulated industry, with familiarity in QMS requirements and ISO standards
