Learning Development Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time remote Learning & Organizational Development Consultant Associate will provide consulting on leadership development, performance management, and talent pipeline development while managing learning programs and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coaching leaders on performance management and professional development while assessing learning needs and creating action plans
• Analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating leadership development programs in collaboration with senior team members
• Planning, promoting, and evaluating learning and development initiatives to align with the organization's strategic direction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, workplace learning, or leadership development
• Leadership experience in project management, coaching, or consulting roles
• Facilitation skills and experience in training delivery or instructional design are preferred
• Health insurance experience is desirable
