Learning & Development Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support high-quality learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning & Development Graphic Designer will develop visually compelling designs for various training modalities, ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with internal teams to enhance learner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual assets for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and print materials
• Ensure consistency in design across all training products and develop visual standards and templates
• Collaborate with instructional design and editorial teams to support the production workflow and maintain design assets

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing eLearning and print products in a professional setting
• Portfolio showcasing multi-modality learning design work
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding
• Experience collaborating with instructional design teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
