Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on Fraud, Disputes, and Risk UX, the full-time Learning & Development Specialist will manage the creation and maintenance of SOPs, knowledge base articles, and eLearning modules, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of SOP, knowledge base, and eLearning project management from scoping to publication
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear procedures and maintain existing content as processes evolve
• Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to extract and structure operational knowledge

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience writing SOPs and eLearning in a regulated financial services environment
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise) or similar eLearning authoring tools
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, audit-ready procedures
• Experience working with regulatory source materials like OCC guidance, Reg E, and Reg Z
• Self-directed and able to manage a high-volume authoring workload with minimal oversight
