Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on the development and enhancement of training programs, the full-time hybrid Learning & Development Specialist will create and maintain training content aimed at improving sales and customer engagement skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for new hires and tenured agents, addressing product launches and ongoing skill development
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather accurate information and validate training content
• Develop measurable learning objectives and assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in call center operations, sales, or loan processing
• BA/BS degree in Learning & Development, education, or a relevant field
• Understanding of learning theories and the ADDIE model
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to write clear and engaging content for diverse audiences
