Learning Ecosystem Program Manager

Job Summary

To create a connected and modern learning experience, the full-time Learning Ecosystem Program Manager will manage enterprise learning programs and onboarding, oversee the learning technology ecosystem, and drive communications and engagement within Marathon Health University in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the evolution of Marathon Health University, ensuring relevant and scalable learning programs and pathways
• Oversee enterprise learning programs from planning through implementation and measurement, partnering with various stakeholders
• Lead the learning technology ecosystem, prioritizing learner experience and implementing modern learning technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, or related areas
• Demonstrated people-management experience, including coaching, developing others, and driving accountability
• Strong knowledge of modern learning approaches and technologies, including digital learning and generative AI
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs and learning technology environments across multiple audiences
