Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative educational solutions, the full-time Learning Engineer will develop and evaluate learning technologies and strategies while working remotely in approved states.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning solutions based on research in learning science and educational technology
• Manage complex design projects independently and collaborate with prototype teams to create testable iterations
• Conduct rigorous evaluations of strategic initiatives, including developing test protocols and measurement frameworks

Required qualifications:

• Six years of experience in instructional technology, instructional design, educational research, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in educational technology, instructional design, curriculum design, or educational psychology
• Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting educational pilots and evaluations
• In-depth knowledge of educational technology systems and tools, including LMS and authoring software
• Familiarity with online learning models, preferably in competency-based education
