Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative learning solutions, the full-time salaried Learning Experience Designer will craft engaging learning experiences, collaborate with subject matter experts, and utilize modern technologies while working in a hybrid environment with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess needs and define performance-based learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging, learner-centric experiences across various modalities, including e-learning and immersive simulations
• Create multimedia-rich learning materials and manage projects using effective project management principles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in designing and implementing learning solutions
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and integrating with LMS platforms
• Knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories and instructional design models
• Proficient in current instructional design tools, video and audio creation, and editing tools
