Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To design and build innovative, learner-centered experiences, the fully remote Learning Experience Designer will produce high-quality digital and blended learning solutions, leveraging modern design methodologies and AI tools to drive meaningful behavioral change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning experiences that prioritize practice and behavioral application
• Utilize the Successive Approximation Model for iterative design, incorporating frequent stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and validate learning content, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness

Required qualifications

• B.S./B.A. or higher in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in designing digital or blended learning products across various modalities
• Experience with iterative instructional design methodologies and rapid authoring tools
• Familiarity with learning measurement approaches such as xAPI and SCORM
• Portfolio demonstrating learner-centered, practice-based design in completed learning modules
