Job Summary

Crafting high-quality, learner-centered curriculum for online delivery, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will manage course design, development, and execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Transform program goals into structured course designs by defining learning objectives and creating actionable plans
• Design and author asynchronous curriculum that includes lessons, activities, and assessments tailored for industry contexts
• Manage the entire course creation lifecycle, ensuring quality and alignment with learning objectives and stakeholder feedback

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing online learning experiences
• Strong understanding of learner contexts and ability to translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences
• Proficiency in leveraging learning science and innovative approaches in instructional design
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in content and workflow management
