Learning Experience Designer
Job Summary
To support the development of impactful learning solutions, the remote Learning Experience Designer will design, develop, and evaluate training programs that enhance learner outcomes and align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to identify capability gaps and design end-to-end learning solutions
- Develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning, instructor-led content, and performance support tools
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend modifications based on data and feedback
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
