Learning Experience Designer
Job Summary
Designing and developing comprehensive learning solutions, the remote Learning Experience Designer will conduct needs analyses, create engaging educational content, and evaluate learner outcomes to drive business results.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct learning and performance needs analyses to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business objectives and learner needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend modifications based on learner outcomes and business results
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or educational content development
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, Communication, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience with Articulate 360, particularly Rise and Storyline
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies
