Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing integrated learning ecosystem for DataOps and Physical AI, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will build and scale engaging learning experiences, standardize onboarding processes, and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design role-based onboarding and e-learning curricula for various DataOps roles, ensuring materials are modular and adaptable
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop practical data literacy and analysis learning pathways
• Create client-facing onboarding materials and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders before external publication

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or educational technology
• Proven ability to design scalable curricula and interactive e-learning experiences
• Experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar platforms, along with LMS course management
• Ability to collaborate with technical SMEs to accurately teach data literacy and analytical concepts
• Strong skills in visual communication, technical writing, and project execution
