Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To support Commvault's Global Go-to-Market Enablement organization, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will independently lead the design and development of engaging learning experiences for customer-facing teams, utilizing advanced digital learning technologies and instructional design expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end instructional design and development for global enablement initiatives
• Develop sophisticated digital learning experiences using advanced authoring and multimedia technologies
• Consult with global stakeholders to determine learning needs and translate complex subject matter into actionable learning solutions

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or digital learning development
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 and multimedia development tools
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to instructional design and learning content development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive learning and scenario-based design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with globally distributed teams
