Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To enhance employee capabilities and operational performance, the remote Learning Experience Designer will design, develop, and evaluate innovative learning solutions for back-office and vendor-facing teams, collaborating closely with business leaders and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate learning experiences from needs analysis through implementation
• Create diverse training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led training, tailored for operational teams
• Conduct observations and assessments to identify performance gaps and translate insights into effective training solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in instructional design or related fields, particularly for back-office or vendor-facing environments
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in developing various learning materials, including e-learning and job aids
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields such as Instructional Design or Educational Technology
• Fluent English with effective communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders
