Job Summary
Leading the design and development of performance-focused learning experiences, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will work remotely to create scalable solutions that align with business priorities and drive measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of learning and performance support solutions using instructional design methodologies and digital tools
- Conduct strategic consultations with stakeholders to identify business needs, performance expectations, and success measures
- Utilize predictive analytics to define KPIs and ROI for learning initiatives while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in learning design, instructional design, or learning content development
- Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with the EnABLE Framework and ATD Capability Model
- Intermediate knowledge of AI-powered learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
