Learning Experience Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on creating engaging self-study and virtual instructor-led learning experiences, collaborating with learning designers and stakeholders to transform content into polished, CPE-compliant deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning and virtual training materials from approved designs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
• Utilize generative AI tools to enhance content creation while adhering to quality and instructional standards
• Manage multiple development projects, balancing timelines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in developing multimodal training materials for adult learners
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, with the ability to create custom interactions
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and strong visual design capabilities
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles applicable to course development
