Learning Experience Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs, the full-time Learning Experience Manager will work remotely to ensure quality training delivery for teammates and future leaders while managing training schedules, staff onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update training schedules and staff rosters to ensure transparency and efficiency
• Onboard and develop training staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their performance
• Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain effective training methodologies and resources

Required qualifications

• Five years of training experience
• Two years of management experience
• Two years of experience in a BPO environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
