Job Summary
Seeking an entrepreneurial and highly technical Learning Experience Product Manager to define and execute the roadmap for a new AI-powered Learning & Enablement Platform, driving integration and commercialization strategies in a remote, full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Learning & Enablement Platform
- Drive deep integration with Kaltura's Agentic Platform and post-merger assets
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to establish pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, with at least 3 years managing enterprise learning or enablement platforms
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML products and understanding their practical limitations
- Technical fluency with API-first architectures and microservices
- Proven experience in designing product packaging and monetization strategies for enterprise sales
- A builder mindset with a preference for fast-moving environments and extreme ownership
