Learning Experience Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an entrepreneurial Learning Experience Product Manager who will define and execute the roadmap for a new AI-powered Learning & Enablement Platform, driving portfolio integration and commercialization strategies in a remote, full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end product vision and strategy for the Learning & Enablement Platform
- Drive deep integration with Kaltura's Agentic Platform and post-merger assets
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to establish pricing, packaging, and positioning for enterprise deals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, with at least 3 years managing an enterprise learning or enablement platform
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML products and understanding the limitations of current AI models
- Technical fluency with API-first architectures and microservices
- Proven experience in designing product packaging and monetization strategies for complex enterprise sales cycles
- A builder mindset with a preference for fast-moving environments and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
