Learning Experience Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the learning capabilities of service and sales teams, the full-time remote Learning Experience and Readiness Specialist will plan, build, and deliver engaging readiness learning focused on K-8 math products and i-Ready features, while maintaining up-to-date content and certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate i-Ready Classroom Mathematics learning experiences, including logistics and feedback collection
• Design and develop asynchronous learning content on Highspot, ensuring alignment with product updates
• Maintain certification paths and support internal learning events and go-to-market initiatives

Required qualifications

• Instructional design experience with knowledge of adult learning theory applicable to various learning formats
• Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and live environments
• Experience in e-learning development, creating interactive and accessible content
• Project management skills, including handling multiple workstreams and timelines
• Familiarity with learning platforms and tools such as Highspot and Smartsheet
