Learning Management Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Learning Management Specialist, the candidate will manage the daily operations of the Docebo LMS, provide user support, and ensure quality assurance for organization-wide learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administration and configuration of the LMS, recommending system enhancements to optimize functionality
• Serve as the first point of contact for user issues, investigating and resolving technical problems to ensure seamless operation
• Review system configurations and test learner experiences to confirm launch readiness for new content and features

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, instructional design, instructional technology, management information systems, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, or technical support
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Docebo administration; 2 years preferred
• Proficient with LMS management tools and technologies, including content authoring, database management, and reporting
