Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and highly technical Learning Management System Architect, the full-time position will configure, scale, and optimize the Docebo platform while managing complex integrations and ensuring a scalable architecture in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo, enforcing governance and user permissions
- Connect Docebo with core systems using APIs and webhooks, leveraging experience from other LMS platforms
- Build automated workflows for onboarding and compliance tracking, and design dashboards for learning metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in LMS architecture or learning systems engineering
- Proven track record of configuring and scaling Docebo in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with at least one other major enterprise LMS
- Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, and e-learning standards
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system architecture
