Learning Management System Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting onboarding and compliance initiatives, the remote full-time Learning Management System Sr Specialist will manage LMS administration, content management, and user support to enhance training effectiveness and ensure compliance within the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Quality division.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the online learning platform to meet training and compliance needs
- Upload and maintain e-learning content, ensuring compatibility with SCORM/xAPI standards
- Provide user support by troubleshooting technical issues and assisting learners and instructors
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for data analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to browsers, SSO, and access
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, or a related field preferred, or a High School Diploma with 7 years of equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or LMS branding tools is preferred
