Learning Management Systems Expert

Job Summary

To support the integration of Learning Management and Quality Assurance systems, the full-time salaried Learning Management Systems Expert will manage the development and troubleshooting of the LMS, create training materials, and collaborate with local and global teams while working onsite in Schwalmstadt or Marburg with up to 80% remote work possible.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support the Learning Management System (LMS), assisting users with inquiries and troubleshooting
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions across multiple locations
• Support the advancement and application of Quality Assurance systems, managing user issues and participating in audits

Required qualifications

• Completed training in a medical, pharmaceutical, or commercial field
• Additional qualification in quality management or at least three years of experience in quality management
• Experience with IT systems and applications
• Familiarity with training management or adult education is advantageous
• Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken
