Learning Measurement & Analytics Lead

Job Summary

To establish and execute the organization's learning measurement strategy, the full-time remote Learning Measurement & Analytics Lead will manage evaluation methodologies, conduct advanced analyses, and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the learning measurement and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design and implement evaluation methodologies to measure behavior change and business impact
• Build and manage learning analytics infrastructure and integrate learning data with business performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience in Learning Analytics, People Analytics, or Organizational Research
• Strong expertise in learning measurement methodologies, including Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 and Phillips ROI
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data interpretation
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex analyses into executive-level insights
